The apostle Paul, in his first letter to the Corinthians, provided us with a model for Christian sharing. The idea was that each person should bring their own offering to the gathering for the building up of the church as a whole. This is in accordance with the concept of the priesthood of all believers.
When you assemble, each one has a psalm, has a teaching, has a revelation, has a tongue, has an interpretation. Let all things be done for edification. 1 Corinthians 14:26 NASB
It is my hope that the forum is used in this way, so that we may present our offering for the building up (edification) of the Church.
